Meghan K. Gulczynski currently serves as of counsel to the firm. Her legal career began as a staff attorney at Northeast New Jersey Legal Services where she honed her legal skills as an advocate for families and tenants in Hudson County.
At Vito A. Brunetti, Esq., LLC, she is of counsel in the family litigation section and specializes in mediation.
Over the past decade, Ms. Gulczynski has worked on behalf of hundreds of families to resolve their legal matter in family court. Ms. Gulczynski has successfully negotiated settlement agreements for clients in contested family matters. She has successfully advocated for client’s to gain essential support for their families, custody of their children and fair parenting schedules. She also has extensive experience in working with financial experts and psychological experts.
Ms. Gulczynski has successfully represented many victims of domestic violence in Court to obtain final restraining orders and gain the protection from an abuser and to secure those individuals financial freedom by establishing support orders.
Ms. Gulczynski’s advocacy skills include trial and extensive motion practice. She also serves as a panelist on the Early Settlement Panel Matrimonial Program for the Hudson County Superior Court Family Division.
Ms. Gulczynski is approved by the Joint Credentialing Committee of the Supreme Court CDR Committee and the Supreme Court Family Practice Committee as a family mediator, pursuant to New Jersey Court Rule 1:40. She participates as a mediator in the Court’s economic mediation program as well as private mediations.
Ms. Gulczynski further continues to participate in continuing legal education to stay current on the law and improve her legal skills. This allows her to provide her clients with the best representation.
